Merry Christmas to All!
I can't believe the day is upon us! All of the shopping, organizing, wrapping and unpacking can cease for the precious few moments when we will sit with family and friends to celebrate. In church we talked about the Advent candle, and tonight we will light our last candle to signify the joy found in the birth of Jesus Christ. I hope you all have a Merry Christmas, and may you experience the peace found through knowing, accepting and loving Him.
- What is Zuzuni?
- In Spring of 2006 I had the unique opportunity to go to Europe, specifically Greece, with my hubby for a quarter. It was an amazing experience, and I will always have part of my heart in the beautiful Kefalonia. Zuzuni is the name that our Greek teacher (and friend) gave to me. It means "cute little bug," which I'm told is a good thing? Anyway, it stuck for the entire duration of the trip. Then I came back to the real world and became Rachel again. This blog is intented for me to keep friends an family involved in my life (despite the two-four month gaps here and there). I'm a special education teacher, student, friend and wife.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! How was your Christmas? Nick and I were with his family...it was so great! I love being apart of family traditions...so fun! I miss you dearly! How is life, the apartment, family? Can't wait to talk!

How's school now that you're back in? I notice that neither you nor Jen have posted since school started again...I'm guessing it's busy :) I hope your Christmas was just incredible in your new home! Love ya!
