- What is Zuzuni?
- In Spring of 2006 I had the unique opportunity to go to Europe, specifically Greece, with my hubby for a quarter. It was an amazing experience, and I will always have part of my heart in the beautiful Kefalonia. Zuzuni is the name that our Greek teacher (and friend) gave to me. It means "cute little bug," which I'm told is a good thing? Anyway, it stuck for the entire duration of the trip. Then I came back to the real world and became Rachel again. This blog is intented for me to keep friends an family involved in my life (despite the two-four month gaps here and there). I'm a special education teacher, student, friend and wife.

Did you seriously just buy that thing? I love the pictures of Isaiah fixing the tire! I'm smiling right now just thinking about all the fun you are having with it! It looks amazing! :)
I forgot to ask...where exactly do you plan on going in your new truck??
Yes, we seriously bought it! It's been Isaiah's dream to have a truck...now he has a truck AND a camper. Those pictures were taken during our kick off trip. Yeah, we pulled into the camp spot and the tire blew out! The camper is falling apart, and will soon be donated, but we thought we'd a have a little fun with it. Now the neighborhood is giving notices to have the thing removed. Just kidding...But they probably would if we kept it around!
Where are you living now? Are you still with Isaiah's parents? Where have you gone in your new truck? Rach...I'm so stoked you got a job! Tell me more about it! Can you believe we are both teachers (that get paid)?? :) When do you start "new teacher training" and all the other pre-school meetings? I know that I have some around the time we are leaving for the trip. So, we need to do some talking about our trip! We are SO excited! Love ya!
